Patrick Cottrell, First Bristol Corporation’s Vice President of Construction first joined First Bristol Corporation in 2024. Patrick has over 10 years’ experience managing commercial construction related projects in the hospitality, retail, and higher education sectors. Patrick’s exceptional knowledge and experience have allowed him to lead and support all projects from the top down, ensuring schedule and budget are sustained while still adhering to the company’s policies and standard operating procedures.
EXPERIENCE
Patrick’s previous experience as the Director of Estimating with a local general contractor and his on-site Construction Manager experience at one of the oldest higher education institutions in New England have allowed him to make an immediate impact and contribute instantaneously to First Bristol Corporation’s long-term success.
EDUCATION
Patrick holds a technical school certification for wooden boat building from the International Yacht Restoration School and a bachelor’s degree from Roger Williams University in technology leadership & management.
