Adam Asakli, First Bristol Corporation’s Vice President of Hotel Operations, has been a key member of the company since joining in 2014. With over 26 years of diversified hospitality leadership experience, Adam has served in a variety of roles, including Regional Director, General Manager, AGM, Operations Manager, Sales Manager, and Guest Services Manager across multiple hotel brands, including Hilton, Marriott, Choice, and Wyndham.
Adam oversees the strategic direction and operational success of our hotel portfolio, ensuring we continue to deliver best in class service and achieve new milestones of growth and innovation. His extensive industry knowledge and hands-on experience are instrumental in fostering a culture of hospitality excellence, optimizing performance, and ensuring each property aligns with the company’s strategic goals. He also plays a key role in developing policies, standard operating procedures, and audit processes that drive success.
Under Adam’s leadership, the Homewood Suites by Hilton Newport/Middletown won the coveted Connie Pride Award of Excellence in 2017—an honor recognizing the brand’s top-performing property based on guest satisfaction, quality assurance, and revenue performance.
